Welcome to CrickStar, a mobile application dedicated to Cricket sports enthusiasts. By using our
app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read
these terms carefully before using the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CrickStar mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. User Registration
To access certain features of the application, you may be required to register for an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. User Content
By using CrickStar, you may submit content, including but not limited to quiz answers and match
predictions. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Tornet a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the
application.
4. In-app purchases and
Subscriptions
Users may purchase subscriptions and in-app items using Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payments are
processed through the respective app stores, and users are subject to the terms and conditions
of Google Play and the App Store.
5. Points System
CrickStar may award points based on user participation and achievements within the app. Points
have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt the functioning of the application,
violate the law, or infringe on the rights of others.
7. Termination of Account
Tornet reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its sole discretion, without
prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms.
8. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using
CrickStar, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
Tornet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will
be effective upon posting to the application. Continued use of the app after the posting of
changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in
Iraq.
By using CrickStar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by

11. Stores Involvement
Apple is not involved in any way with the contest or sweepstakes.

12. EULA
12.1 Developer Name and Address :

Communication Services, and importing Wireless Communication Equipment, GPS Devices & Surveillance
Cameras / LTD) /Crick Star], for any questions, complaints, or claims with respect to the Licensed

12.2 Intellectual Property Rights :
we and the end user acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed
Application or the end-user possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third
party’s intellectual property rights, us, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the
investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement
claim.
12.3 Product Claims :
We and the end user must acknowledge that We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims
of the end user or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or the user’s possession
and/or use of that Licensed Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability
claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or
regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar
legislation, including in connection with Your Licensed Application’s use of the HealthKit and
HomeKit frameworks. The EULA may not limit Your liability to the end user beyond what is permitted
by applicable law.
12.4 Warranty :
We will be solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the
extent not effectively disclaimed. The EULA must provide that, in the event of any failure of the
Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, the End-User may notify Apple, and Apple
will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to that End-User; and that, to the
maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever
with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs
or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Your sole responsibility.
12.5 Maintenance and Support :
We will be solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the
Licensed Application, as specified in the EULA, or as required under applicable law. We and the end
user must acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support
services with respect to the Licensed Application.
12.6 Scope of License :
The license granted to the End-User for the Licensed Application must be limited to a
non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded Products that the
End-User owns or controls and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services
Terms and Conditions, except that such Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other
accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
12.7 Acknowledgement :
We and the End-User must acknowledge that the EULA is concluded between us and the End-User only,
and not with Apple, and we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the
content thereof. The EULA may not provide for usage rules for Licensed Applications that are in
conflict with, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date (which You
acknowledge You have had the opportunity to review).
12.8 Third Party Beneficiary :
we and the End-User acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party
beneficiaries of the EULA, and that, upon the End-User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of
the EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the
EULA against the End-User as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
